About

A studio built around one belief.

Most agencies sell a channel and call it a strategy. We think product and marketing are one system, and that a company with real data deserves a partner who'll diagnose before prescribing.

Naivedya Tiwari

Naivedya started Crux to close a gap seen from the inside: agencies that sell channels instead of outcomes, and AI tools bolted onto old workflows instead of built into them from day one. Crux exists to run the whole loop (diagnose, prescribe, activate, measure) as one accountable system, for companies with enough data to make that system worth running.

Saubhagya Sharma

Saubhagya leads growth and marketing at Crux. He's spent his career deep in the mechanics of paid acquisition, building and scaling ad programs across search, social, and programmatic, and knows the difference between a campaign that looks good in a deck and one that actually moves CAC and LTV. He makes sure every fix Crux ships is judged against revenue, not impressions.

How we're built

Specialized on purpose, not by accident

The agencies growing fastest right now aren't the biggest; they're the most specialized. We're building Crux to be one of them, not another generalist shop with a broad service menu and no real edge anywhere on it.

Today

Founder-led, both tracks

Early on, the founding team runs both the B2B and B2C/D2C tracks directly, close to every diagnosis, every prescription, every result.

As we grow

Dedicated specialists per track

We hire for whichever ICP we close first, and split B2B from B2C/D2C into dedicated tracks once we have live clients in both buckets, never before we've earned the headcount.

Operating principles

What we won't compromise on

Evidence over opinion

Every prescription traces back to a specific piece of evidence from the diagnostic. If we can't point to the data, we don't recommend it.

Ship, don't just recommend

A plan nobody executes isn't a deliverable. We build alongside your team so the fixes actually go live.

Attribution is non-negotiable

If we can't measure whether a fix worked, we haven't finished the job. Attribution is built into every engagement, not sold as an add-on.

AI accelerates, judgment decides

AI compresses research and production time. It doesn't get the final call on positioning, prioritization, or what we tell you on the diagnostic call.

Right-sized, not padded

We turn down engagements where the data isn't there yet. A diagnostic with nothing to bite into wastes your time and ours.

Honest reporting

If a fix didn't move the metric, the dashboard says so. Founder-friendly reporting means plain language, not spin.

Talk to the team running your diagnostic.

No handoff to an account manager who's never seen your data. You talk to the people doing the work.
